Briefing

Fast, small, nimble and highly intelligent: adjectives that apply to our Bandi Raptors line of business work clients.  Far from being a typical gaming PC from Bandi Tech, these PCs still out perform many clients' workstations in most businesses.

When we first started implementing these fast PCs into our client's business we received a very positive and rewarding feedback from out clients.

Why have the Bandi Raptors been so good?

1. Employees no longer waste time waiting for PC to response - those 30 sec your employee waits for the PC usually turn into 5 min of nonproductive since now the PC is waiting for him to stop chatting with his co-worker.

2. Upgradable and business friendly - with PCI slots and 5.25/3.5 expansion bays, businesses like to have option to further improve their equipment. You can even install a parallel printer port!

3. Bandi Tech business support - using Office 365 and other cloud technologies, Bandi Tech is able to provide immediate support to our PCs that vary with different warranty packages.

Bearing down the tracks at 2Mph, the Bandi Locomotive 131 is a computer from another time, well... not really.  This computer is yet another of Bandi Tech's most eye-catching computer, I mean really, its a computer on a train! It moves and blows steam too, what more can you ask? This computer bears the question: is it functional? Of course it is, we gave it extra long power and video cables so that we may use it when its moving. Screw on the included wifi antennas, slap on a wireless mouse & keyboard and you're good to go.

We use our train PC for training the staff - Paul Bangdiwala

Uh yeah, sorry about that... Anyway, the Bandi Locomotive 131 although mostly used for catching the eye of our customers when we go to trade shows, is a powerful PC for a Mini-itx system. It features the most advance AMD Mini-itx board with an AM3 socket. In time, we will continue to make it better, so be sure to come back again... to the future!

Hints for building a similar PC:

  1. Ignore the battery packs included to power the steam and wheels, plug the power USB cables directly to the motherboard for continual power.

  2. Tie down tightly those cable. Cables for the atomizer and wheels tend to slip off very easily.

  3. Don't pour water all over it.

Owner Paul Bangdiwala holding a LGA 2011 Intel CPU. Our trusted Bandi Scarab lurks in the background.

The Bandi Scarab is our most popular Signature PC. Featured on many technology blogger's site, the Bandi Scarab has captured the eyes of many. Not just a piece to show off our building prowess, this PC can also perform serious tasks.  We use it everyday in Bandi Tech and everyday it catches the eye of so many of our walk-in customers. An evolving computer, the Bandi Scarab has gone through many versions to stay relevant, from the first "cyclops" days, to the unforgiving mess of cables it once was till today... a sleek & mean looking piece of technology.

Notes from the President of Bandi Tech: Before I create the Bandi Scarab, I had been dreaming of creating a computer like nothing I had seen on the internet. Many people can create custom water-cooling system, make acrylic PCs look very different or many other PC case variations. But I wanted more, I wanted something that could differentiate Bandi Tech from other PC makers. Then I saw it, I pictured it in my mind and hunted down the parts I needed. I had to make a couple of versions to get to where I wanted to be from my first vision. Finally, after almost 3 years and thanks to AMD's APU technology, I was able to archive such a PC. I couldn't be more proud for myself, for the PC and for Bandi Tech.

Hints for building a similar PC:

  1. Basically, what we learned to build this PC, is how to hide cables, how to use all motherboard headers and wireless functionality to give the Scarab full functions without sacrificing its looks, which is, not plugging anything into the I/O ports.

  2. Curved rulers don't exist, so you'll have take educated guess when creating the cable lengths you need.

  3. Use a PCI-e x16 riser ribbon to tuck in the dedicated GPU on the bottom.

  4. Use USB 2.0 and 3.0 headers connected to the motherboard with very long cables to be able to: connect a USB to network dongle, USB to wlan dongle, USB wireless mouse and keyboard and also attach a USB hub for all your other peripherals.

  5. Use audio headers to connect said audio with the PC

  6. If you happen to have an extra Thermaltake Duorb CPU cooler, call us, we'll purchase it.
